Our customer care and sales associates are dedicated and trained to assist you to make your purchase and delivery experience as smooth as possible.

Placing your orders:

Shipping and delivery:

  • Household customers/Individual customers
    • The shipping price you pay is what we incur as charges (handling, processing, packing, shipping carrier charges with other related charges). We ship through UPS (united parcel service) and US post office.
    • For international, Express and overnight orders, we will call you for cost and conditions.
    • Orders are shipped within the 48 hours are placed, from our warehouse in New York City by UPS or US postal office to arrive within 5 business days for most in stock merchandise.
    • Items ordered together may not arrive in the same box. If the destination is an apartment or multi-unit building, your order will be delivered inside the entrance of the building, but not necessary to your apartment door
    • Address you provide to us insure and guarantee a proper delivery. Re-directed shipments to incorrect or incomplete addresses cannot be guaranteed to deliver on time.
    • There is no delivery to P.O. boxes

Shipping rate:

  • Tri States shipping (NY, NJ, CT) flat rate of $7.99 for any order and weight
  • All domestic/Contiguous states Flat rate of $11.99 for any order and weight
  • We will call you for all deliveries for:
    • Non-Continental U.S.  (AK, HI, PR, & US VI) and international
  • Free shipping for any order for domestic deliveries for all States of more than $250.
  • We offer express and overnight deliveries for household domestic and international customers
  • Wholesale customers
    • Only for Restaurants, Retailers and food service professionals. They are subject to a customized delivery and shipping price rates communicated when the order is placed.

Our Guarantee

We are proud to provide you with high-quality Lebanese and Mediterranean fine foods. If an error was made on our part, we will issue a full refund or send you a replacement upon return of the product.

Returns terms and conditions

  • We appreciate the return of bottles and jars not opened for a full refund within the 10 days following the purchase date.
  • An original purchase receipt or gift receipt is required for all returns.
  • Shipping and handling charges for returned merchandise are non-refundable unless we have made a shipping error.
  • LELO Fine Foods® returns with a gift receipt will be exchanged or refunded with a merchandise credit for the value at time of purchase to be redeemed exclusively on
  • Returns doesn’t apply on sales items
  • Upon receipt of returned goods, LELO Fine Foods® reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements.
  • In your e-mail, please include your order number, the reason for return (shipping damage, incorrect item shipped, or other) and let us know whether you would prefer a refund or a replacement product. We will respond promptly with instructions about how to proceed. We will pay return shipping if we made a mistake or something is wrong with the product.

Once an order is submitted, we cannot guarantee cancellations or changes due to the promptness of our order processing, however please call 917 593 4641 Monday – Friday from 8.30 am – 5 pm ET, or email us outside of standard business hours, and we will do our absolute best to help you.

Products Damaged in Shipment

Please notify us immediately of any products damaged in shipment and we will immediately reship them or issue a refund. We will also report the damage to UPS or US post office. The deadline for reporting damage to goods in transit is 10 days. Once this period is passed, we cannot accept any claims.


Please note that tax calculations are based on state and county locations of the shipping address on your order and where it is applied only.

Privacy Statement

The information that we collect to process your order is kept private. We never sell, rent, or share your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, or credit card information with anyone. We will use your e-mail address only for new products arrivals, our company news, recipes, useful info about cooking, health and well being issue..etc

Tracking orders:

LELO Fine Foods® customers have the capability to track their orders at any time. Please note that usually orders take 1 to 2 business days to leave our warehouse before an order is released to UPS or US post office and able to be tracked.
Additionally, When the order ships we’ll send a shipping confirmation email that includes the UPS/USPS tracking number for your reference. Please allow up to 24 hours upon receipt of this email for your tracking information to be posted on the carrier’s.

Holidays when we are closed:

LELO Fine Foods® customer care department will be closed in recognition of several holidays, please take notice that shipments may be delayed in observance of the following holidays:

  • Labor Day
  • Columbus Day
  • Thanksgiving
  • Memorial Day
  • Christmas Day
  • New Year’s Day
