
Pear, Red fruits with LELO Carob
Serve 4-6
- 6 pears
- 1 pint raspberries
- 1 pint strawberries
- 1 pint blueberries
- 2/3 cup of sugar
- 1 lemon
- 1 cup of LELO Carob
Preparation:
- Peel and core the pears and cut them into quarters
- Cook them in a saucepan with a little water
- Add the berries, sugar and juice from the lemon
- Stew, puree and pour the carob on the top and serve chilled.
